Who you are dealing with, and how we meet the obligations that come with it. Every notice below is published by Compliance Condo B.V., the Dutch company behind both Brilliani, our jewellery house, and Brilliani Labs, our diamond simulation software. One company, one set of rules, published in full.
Short version: we are a registered Dutch private limited company, we take no cash payments in any amount, we do not sell or share your personal data, and we publish an address for every kind of complaint. The notices below give the detail behind each of those claims.

Dutch law applies to everything on this page. Consumers keep every right that Dutch and EU mandatory law gives them, including the right to bring a dispute before the court of their own place of residence and to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
